Data and code for: Environmental impacts of Indigenous land restitution in Chile

This repository contains the data and code required to replicate all results in the article "Environmental impacts of Indigenous land restitution in Chile" (Nature Sustainability, 2026). The study estimates the land-use, environmental, and productivity impacts of Chile's Fund for Indigenous Land and Water (FTAI-20B) using a staggered difference-in-differences design on properties restituted to Mapuche communities between 2002 and 2022.
