This repository contains the source code and numerical data associated with the article: "Phase-space topology and spectral flow in screened magnetized plasmas" Authors: Xianhao Rao, Adil Yolbarsop, Hong Li, et al. This release (v1.0) corresponds to the version of the code and data used to produce the results presented in the published article. Contents include: computing the spectrum of the bulk Weyl symbol; calculating Berry--Chern charges associated with isolated degeneracies; solving the one-dimensional interface eigenvalue problem; generating representative plots of bulk spectra and interface spectral flow.
