Abstract

Prediction, stated before the experiment reports: the n2EDM experiment at PSI — now taking baseline data — will detect a nonzero neutron electric dipole moment at d_n = 7.2 × 10⁻²⁷ e·cm (theoretical band 0.6–1.4 × 10⁻²⁶), a 6–14σ signal at design sensitivity (~10⁻²⁷ e·cm). A null result at design sensitivity falsifies the mechanism outright. The Standard Model expectation is ~10⁻³¹ e·cm; essentially all current expectation is a tighter null. This is a detection claim, not a consistency claim. The prediction follows from the Boundary Condition Cosmological Framework (BCCF), in which the strong CP problem does not arise: the CP¹ topological angle θ = π is forced by T-invariance and the axiom, and the effective QCD vacuum angle θ_QCD = ε·e⁻⁷π = 2.85 × 10⁻¹¹ (ε = 1/π²) is naturally tiny — suppressed by the 7 = V + β₁ independent instanton tunnelling channels of K₄ — with no axion, no new symmetry, and no fine-tuning. The same mechanism yields the electron EDM d_e = 3.1 × 10⁻³¹ e·cm (7 orders above the Standard Model; within reach of the third-generation JILA ThF⁺ experiment, ~2029). The parameter-free ratio d_n/d_e = α_s ε e⁷π (m_e/m_n) = 2.3 × 10⁴ is dimensionless, dressing-free, and distinguishes the geometric mechanism from any scenario in which the two EDMs are independent parameters. Appendix A establishes that the exponents are not adjustable: 14 = V + E + F is anchored independently by the mass hierarchy (m_p = M_Pl·e⁻¹⁴π/(1 + 1/π³), −0.16%); Euler's formula on S² forces the halving 7 = (V+E+F)/2; and an exhaustive scan of K₄ invariant counts shows every alternative exponent is either already excluded by the existing bound or invisible to n2EDM — the framework has no fallback. Appendix B states the concealment-dressing rule (deterministic shift, never a tolerance). The falsification autopsy is pre-committed in the text: what a null kills is declared before the data exist. Falsification criteria: (1) n2EDM null at design sensitivity; (2) any axion discovery (ADMX, ABRACADABRA, CASPEr); (3) measured d_n or d_e inconsistent with the stated values; (4) joint measurement violating the ratio d_n/d_e = 2.3 × 10⁴. Verdicts expected 2027–2029. Zero fitted parameters. Companion to the BCCF prediction registry 10.5281/zenodo.20378062.
