Abstract

The open and available raw data traces which were analyzed and discussed in the publication titled "Single molecule investigations of impacts from mycobacterial topoisomerase I C-terminal deletions on supercoil relaxation". Included are three data folders containing the data for each topoisomerase studied in the paper.
