Adaptive Orchestration Management System (AOMS): Reconstruction-Governed Execution Eligibility Determination for Autonomous and Distributed Systems
Abstract
Adaptive Orchestration Management System (AOMS) is an execution-governance architecture for reconstruction-governed execution in autonomous, distributed, and deferred execution environments. The architecture addresses the failure mode of inheritance-based execution, in which historical authorization records are treated as sufficient evidence for present execution permission. AOMS introduces a fail-closed execution-governance pipeline that reconstructs authority conditions at execution time and evaluates continuity, boundary transitions, reconciliation state, and execution eligibility before execution may occur. AOMS formalizes the distinction between historical authorization and present execution permission, treating authorization records as evidence rather than executable authority. The architecture defines canonical state objects, governance invariants, continuity assessment mechanisms, reconciliation processes, and execution eligibility determination procedures for systems operating across changing conditions, environments, and governance domains. Applicable domains include autonomous agents, distributed systems, workflow orchestration, financial settlement infrastructure, healthcare systems, identity governance, cybersecurity, and other execution-sensitive environments.
