UDCT v2.9.3: The Taxonomy of Sovereign Empirical Verification — Pre-empting Theory-Laden Legacy Data Biases in Alternative Cosmological and Microphysical Paradigms
Abstract
This paper (UDCT v2.9.3) establishes a systematic and logically grounded taxonomy of independent empirical verification pathways designed to liberate the evaluation of alternative physical frameworks from the structural circularity identified in Paik (2026), “The Methodological Antinomy of Fundamental Physics” (v2.9.2). When non-standard, non-expanding, or higher-dimensional geometric frameworks are forced to validate themselves against legacy cosmological and high-energy physics data, they confront observables that have already been heavily processed through incumbent theoretical assumptions (FLRW metric, Minkowski spacetime QFT, and associated data-reduction pipelines). To break this circularity and to secure methodological priority over alternative data-handling strategies, we formalize five core sovereign verification pathways: (1) Inverse Data Pipelines (IDP), (2) Forward Generative Simulation Channels (FGSC), (3) Model-Independent Invariant Testing (MIIT), (4) Anomaly Anisotropy Mapping (AAM), and (5) Raw Information Density Preservation (RIDP). We argue that these five pathways collectively address the principal modes by which theory-laden biases enter empirical evaluation. The resulting framework provides a coherent foundation for the rigorous testing of frameworks such as the Unified Dimensional Cohesion Theory (UDCT) without presupposing the validity of legacy measurement pipelines.
