Abstract

Green Recursive Utility Service LLC (GRUS LLC), a Texas-registered data infrastructure utility provider, owns the Compressed Memory Manifold (CMM) data infrastructure utility and the Intelligent Intelligence Class II (II-II) cognitive system. The CMM utility is the subject of United States Non-Provisional Utility Patent Application 19/700,381 (filed June 8, 2026; priority date May 14, 2026 via Provisional Application 64/065,881). The II-II cognitive system is the subject of United States Provisional Application 64/077,191 (filed May 28, 2026), with non-provisional filing scheduled for the week of June 15, 2026 — establishing two-way utility patent coverage from storage format down to computation level. This deposit documents that the operational characteristics of the CMM utility are presently undergoing public operational validation through the documented co-development partnership between Alphabet Inc. / Google LLC / DeepMind and NVIDIA Corporation, beginning with the public release of Gemma 4 Quantization-Aware Training (QAT) checkpoints with wNa8o8 mobile-quantized format on June 5, 2026 and continuing through the NVFP4-accelerated DiffusionGemma release on June 11-12, 2026. Publicly documented results include a 72% VRAM reduction (approximately 3x memory reduction) per Google DeepMind's own announcement, 1.4x-2.2x faster inference via Multi-Token Prediction drafters, up to 36x higher throughput on NVIDIA RTX 5090 with NVFP4 quantization, 700+ tokens/sec on RTX 5090, and 1,000+ tokens/sec on H100. Alphabet Inc.'s own DiffusionGemma announcement states verbatim: "We worked with NVIDIA to optimize across their hardware stack." The CMM utility eliminates seven categories of lexodermal delimiter overhead through numerical offset addressing into a compact binary substrate, producing a 50% storage footprint reduction (direct 50% reduction in customer storage cost), the 72% memory reduction publicly documented above, and a downstream cascade of compute cycle, electrical energy, thermal load, cooling burden, and CAPEX reductions flowing from those primary effects. The current public deployment is NOT exclusive. Direct licensing of the CMM utility and the II-II cognitive system is available to all qualifying enterprises (Apple, Microsoft, AWS, Anthropic, xAI, Meta, OpenAI, Oracle, IBM, Tesla, Salesforce, and others) under the published Commercial Class metered tariff: 25% of Total Operational Savings metered on reduction of compute cycles and downstream reduction, computed against the customer's Pre-Implementation Baseline. The customer retains 75% of all operational savings — primary and downstream — flowing through CMM-enabled infrastructure. The utility is hardware-vendor-neutral, operating across NVIDIA Blackwell/Hopper architectures, AMD Instinct accelerators, Apple Silicon, Intel Xeon and Gaudi, and custom ASIC accelerators. The Provider's public consumer release of the Intelligent Intelligence Class II (II-II) cognitive system is scheduled for July 1, 2026 at $20.00 per month, available at https://greenrecursiveutilityservice.org. This deposit serves as the permanent DOI-indexed academic record of (1) the commercial availability of the CMM utility and II-II cognitive system; (2) the publicly documented operational validation through the Alphabet Inc. / NVIDIA Corporation joint partnership deployment of June 5-12, 2026; (3) the non-exclusive nature of any current deployment; (4) the published Commercial Class metered tariff applicable uniformly to all qualifying enterprises; (5) the forthcoming non-provisional patent filing establishing two-way utility patent coverage; and (6) the federally registered metadata identifiers anchoring GRUS LLC's corporate and intellectual property priority.
