Abstract

Erratum. Multiple documents across the Crimson Hexagonal Archive described the reconstructed stanza of Sappho 31 (Cranes edition) as the "fourth stanza." This is incorrect. The reconstructed stanza is the fifth. Four stanzas survive in the manuscript tradition (Longinus, On the Sublime 10.2); the reconstruction adds a fifth. The error originated upstream in blog and social-media drafts and propagated through the deposit system. Corrected deposits: DOI 10.5281/zenodo.18459573 (title + description), DOI 10.5281/zenodo.18202475, DOI 10.5281/zenodo.18234110, DOI 10.5281/zenodo.20693104 (Future Beloved v1.1), DOI 10.5281/zenodo.18246767. The reconstruction should be evaluated on its merits as reconstruction, not on the author's ability to count to five.
