Abstract

Patent claim framework for KOKU Bioquartz — the world's first timekeeping system using the wearer's individual cardiac KOKU spiral scaffold resonance frequency (f_KOKU) as its primary oscillator, replacing the fixed 32,768Hz crystal quartz standard. Six patent claims covering: biogenic quartz oscillation, individual calibration, life-mode (intentional time dilation proportional to heart rate), KOKU deviation diagnostics, life-synchronized stop function (watch stops when heart stops), and integration with KOKU Watch v1.0. Contrast with crystal quartz: fixed universal standard vs. individual living standard. The device刻s not time but life. V=N/D philosophical implementation: time flows at the rate of the wearer's density. Inorganic crystal quartz → biogenic cardiac quartz.
