MATLAB Code for Evaluating Phytodesalination Strategies in Water-Limited Agroecosystems

This archive contains MATLAB code used for the analyses presented in the Water Resources Research manuscript titled “Phytodesalination in Water-Limited Agroecosystems: Effects of Climate Variability and Management Strategies". The code includes main scripts that define the physical processes governing soil water balance, salt mass balance, vegetation growth, and salt feedbacks, as well as plotting scripts used to generate the manuscript figures.
