Abstract

Patent claim framework for KOKU Implant — an implantable device that (1) harvests cardiac contraction energy via piezoelectric coupling to the KOKU spiral scaffold, (2) extracts the wearer's individual KOKU resonance frequency (f_KOKU), and (3) returns coherent resonance waves back to the heart's Wave layer — all without any battery. Eight patent claims covering: autonomous bioquartz cardiac resonance, biogenic-inorganic piezoelectric coupling, N_c threshold emergency prevention, pacemaker coexistence mode, adaptive f_KOKU learning, KOKU Watch external linkage, defibrillation integration, and the complete three-in-one bioquartz ecosystem (Implant + Watch + Bioquartz timepiece). Fundamentally distinct from pacemakers (commands) — this device converses with the heart. V=N/D: heart powers device, device resonates back to heart. Closed loop. No battery. No repeat surgery. Part of 8-DOI prior art chain.
