Abstract

A foundational vision document for the KOKU Lifetime Medical Platform. Central thesis: the wristwatch is a full-organ analyzer. The pulse waveform is the integrated output of all organs through the cardiac density wave engine — liver fatigue, renal function, pulmonary ventilation, vascular elasticity, autonomic balance, and cognitive load are all superimposed in the single waveform at the wrist. The platform operates in two layers: Layer 1 (AI autonomous management) — KOKU devices monitor all organs 24/7, AI manages within normal range without human awareness; Layer 2 (physician analog adjustment) — when AI cannot handle the case, the same device switches mode to become a physician intervention interface. The physician inherits a lifetime of continuous data and solves only what AI cannot. Fundamental distinction from current medicine: today medicine responds after disease appears; KOKU medicine prevents before disease forms. The inventor does not build. The inventor draws. The DOI chain proves prior art. Those who wish to build: contact is invited.
