QIK-VRT is a versioned repository-based verification, persistence, audit and release-gating framework for information-causal artifacts. The deposited package contains repository state, manifests, SHA256 checksums, audit metadata, validation logic and gate status records to support reproducibility, provenance tracking, citation and external review.
