Abstract

This supplementary note provides explicit technical protocols for implementing the sovereign empirical verification pathways introduced in UDCT v2.9.3. It details three core pathways: (1) Model-Independent Invariant Testing (MIIT), (2) Legacy Pipeline Inversion under Geometric Relaxation (IDP), and (3) Residual Outlier Analysis under Geometric Back-Reaction (RIDP). Key equations from the UDCT framework and step-by-step implementation procedures are provided to enable independent researchers to perform reproducible tests using publicly available and future datasets. This work serves as a practical companion to the main paper "UDCT v2.9.3: The Taxonomy of Sovereign Empirical Verification". This preprint was finalized on June 13, 2026, and uploaded to Zenodo on June 16, 2026.
