Abstract

This supplementary defer list records claims, cases, analogies, and integration pressures that remain methodologically valuable but should be withheld, archived, or deferred until specified return conditions are met. It belongs to the S-methodology / Evidence Archive side of the HγC second-cycle receive-side layer and operationalizes the rule that deferred does not mean discarded; it means preserved under bounded non-claim.
