SCOPEDemonstrates how hardware-enforced safety satisfies NIST AI RMF requirements at the highest assurance level. Maps each of the six AMAGI invariants (INV-001 through INV-006) to the corresponding Govern, Map, Measure, and Manage functions of the AI RMF, providing auditable evidence that AMAGI-class architectures exceed NIST's recommended safety posture. METHODOLOGYEach NIST AI RMF function is evaluated against the AMAGI invariant enforcement model. Where software-only AI systems rely on policy and procedural controls, AMAGI replaces these with hardware-enforced, mathematically verifiable invariants — providing cryptographic, rather than procedural, assurance. KEY OUTCOMES• Full coverage of NIST AI RMF Govern function via Charter v1.2 governance + S-APL v2.0 licensing• Full coverage of Map function via HARA v1.0 + Traceability Matrix v1.0• Full coverage of Measure function via FMEDA v1.0 (quantitative SIL2/SIL3 evidence)• Full coverage of Manage function via hardware-enforced audit (INV-006) + ZKP audit protocol ALIGNMENTThis document is normatively aligned with: Charter v1.2, S-APL v2.0, Framework v2.0, NIPU v1.1, MEM v1.1, Open Specification v1.1, and Master Parameter Sheet v2.0.
