SCOPEComprehensive hazard analysis covering all identified safety-relevant scenarios for hardware-enforced AI safety architectures. Includes hazard identification, risk classification, Safety Integrity Level (SIL) assignment, and bidirectional hazard-to-invariant traceability. METHODOLOGYEach identified hazard (H-01 through H-08) is mapped to the architectural invariant(s) that prevent or mitigate it (INV-001 through INV-006, as defined in NIPU v1.1). This invariant-based hazard control strategy ensures that safety is enforced in silicon rather than in software, eliminating the residual risk from AI/software misclassification. KEY CONTENTS• Hazard identification (H-01 – H-08) with operational scenario descriptions• Risk classification matrix (severity × probability × exposure)• SIL assignment per IEC 61508-1 risk graph• Hazard-to-invariant traceability matrix• Residual risk analysis and acceptance criteria ALIGNMENTThis document is normatively aligned with: Framework v2.0, NIPU v1.1, MEM v1.1, Master Parameter Sheet v2.0, FMEDA v1.0, Traceability Matrix v1.0, S-APL v2.0, and AGIAM Charter v1.2.
