The Zenodo `license` field shows CC BY-NC 4.0 (the SPDX ID accepted by Zenodo); S-APL v2.0 is the second, mandatory license for any commercial or safety-critical use. ─────────────────────────────────────────────── Quantitative safety integrity analysis for the AMAGI hardware Trusted Computing Base (TCB) per IEC 61508-2. SCOPENine subsystem components analyzed, covering the complete safety-critical hardware path from sensor input through the Central Runtime Trust Monitor (CRTM) to the Execution Gate Wrapper (EGW) output. KEY RESULTS• λ_DU = 18.9 FIT — component-level dangerous-undetected failure rate• SFF = 93.3% — Safe Failure Fraction at system level (with CRTM/EGW diagnostic coverage)• PFDavg = 6.9×10⁻⁵ (1oo1 architecture, SIL 2 compliant)• PFDavg = 6.9×10⁻⁶ (1oo2 architecture, SIL 3 compliant) METHODOLOGYSoftware and AI components are classified as Certain Event (P ≈ 1) and excluded from the Safety-Critical Path by architectural invariants INV-003 (Hardware Separation of Control and Cognition) and INV-005 (Complete Mediation), as defined in NIPU v1.1. This architectural exclusion, rather than probabilistic treatment, is the basis for SIL compliance. ALIGNMENTThis document is normatively aligned with: Framework v2.0, NIPU v1.1, HARA v1.0, Traceability Matrix v1.0, Master Parameter Sheet v2.0, S-APL v2.0, and AGIAM Charter v1.2.
