Abstract

Ordering Applied Briefs No.03 — The Structural Repricing World How Systems Reorder Trust, Access, Constraint, and Exposure Under Rising Failure Cost This Applied Brief introduces Structural Repricing as the third public diagnostic direction of the ORDERING Framework. Structural Repricing names the system-level movement through which rising failure cost changes what a system ranks first. It shifts analysis beyond policy language, formal authority, and single-actor classification, asking whether a system’s underlying ranking logic has changed. Applied Brief No.01 developed Managed Variable as actor repricing. Applied Brief No.02 developed Decision Drop as authority repricing. Applied Brief No.03 develops Structural Repricing as system-ranking transformation. The brief presents five diagnostic axes: trust, access, constraint, exposure, and authority. It also introduces qualitative transmission patterns, a first-pass diagnostic table, boundary counter-examples, present-time diagnostic proxies, and three compact illustrations: semiconductor supply chains, Basel III, and platform governance. Structural Repricing asks a simple diagnostic question: What now ranks first? This publication is an applied entry point. It provides qualitative interpretation, mechanism positioning, and first-pass diagnostic orientation. It does not provide formal scoring, threshold testing, or quantitative diagnostic models.
