Abstract

EAS-003 presents the second public methodological demonstrator developed within the EAS (Ekhmenin Analytical Systems) research lineage. The demonstrator investigates a governance question that emerged during the methodological review of EAS-002: Whose assumptions determine admissibility? Using the Binance environment as a structured assessment case, the study examines how different stakeholders may observe the same factual environment while relying upon different assumption structures and producing different admissibility assessments. The assessment introduces Admissibility Ecology as a distinct analytical object and demonstrates how multiple internally coherent admissibility models may coexist within the same governance environment. The demonstrator develops a structured assessment process consisting of a Fact Pack, Stakeholder Dossiers, Assumption Structures, Admissibility Models, Divergence Matrix, Conflict Potential Assessment, Integrated Assessment, and Outcome Reveal. The central finding of the study is that admissibility emerges from interaction among multiple competing assumption structures rather than from a single stakeholder perspective. The primary contribution of EAS-003 is the introduction of Admissibility Ecology as a methodological framework for examining admissibility formation in multi-stakeholder governance environments.
