The Ramanujan-Yett Hamiltonian: Quantum Sovereignty and the Yang-Mills Mass Gap
Abstract
A synthesis of analytic number theory and quantum mechanics identifying the Yang-Mills mass gap with the Sovereign Boundary (chi_s = 0.9539). Empirical grounding is the real SPARC rotation-curve analysis (175 galaxies, no dark matter, zero per-galaxy free parameters). The high-redshift Information Tension boost (~140x) is presented as a theoretical prediction awaiting observation, not the earlier synthetic figure. License: CC-BY-4.0.
