Desilencing of Cryptic Perceptual Genes and Dimensional Leap of Biological Perception Under Energy Constraint Release — An Evolutionary Biology Conjecture Based on the "Golden Core - Divine Consciousness" Model 能量约束解除下的隐性感知基因去沉默与生物感知维度跃迁 —— 基于 "金丹 - 神识" 模型的进化生物学猜想

摘要 Abstract 自然演化框架下,生物的性状表达始终受能量供给约束:高能耗的感知、代谢性状若无法匹配足够的生存收益,将通过表观遗传修饰被稳定沉默,以假基因或隐性基因形式留存于基因组中。本文基于三维物体二维投影的信息丢失现象,结合比较生理学、分子表观遗传学、神经生物学的现有实证结论,提出一项进化生物学思想实验猜想:当生物通过形成内置高密度能量核心(本文以修仙文化设定中的 “金丹” 为模型载体),彻底解除常规代谢的能量约束后,持续的能量盈余将激活细胞内 AMPK 能量感知通路,通过表观遗传修饰驱动基因组中沉默的远古感知相关基因去沉默表达;新激活的基因将指导特化感知细胞的发育,将原有的被动光感系统逐步升级为主动多频段扫描成像系统,最终实现从 “二维投影式被动感知” 到 “三维全域主动感知” 的维度跃迁,形成文化设定中 “神识” 等效的全信息感知能力。该猜想无需引入额外物理空间维度,完全立足三维物理规则与现有分子生物学框架,提出 “感知维度跃迁先于生物形态结构跃迁” 的演化路径推论,为理解生物复杂超复杂感知性状的起源、以及高能耗驱动的适应性演化逻辑提供了全新的理论思想模型。 Under the framework of natural evolution, the phenotypic expression of organisms is always restricted by energy supply. High-energy-consumption perceptual and metabolic traits will be stably silenced via epigenetic modifications and preserved in the genome as pseudogenes or cryptic genes if their energy expenditure cannot be matched with sufficient survival benefits. Based on the phenomenon of information loss during the two-dimensional projection of three-dimensional objects, combined with empirical findings from comparative physiology, molecular epigenetics and neurobiology, this paper proposes a thought-experiment conjecture in evolutionary biology. When organisms break free from energy constraints of conventional metabolism by developing an internal high-density energy core (the "Golden Core" from cultivation culture is adopted as the model carrier herein), sustained energy surplus will activate the intracellular AMPK energy-sensing pathway, driving epigenetic desilencing of ancient silent perception-related genes in the genome. The newly activated genes will guide the development of specialized sensory cells, gradually upgrading the original passive photosensory system into an active multi-band scanning imaging system. Ultimately, organisms achieve a dimensional leap from "two-dimensional projection passive perception" to "three-dimensional global active perception", forming full-information perceptual capacity equivalent to the cultural concept of "Divine Sense". This conjecture does not introduce extra physical spatial dimensions and is fully self-consistent within three-dimensional physical laws and the existing framework of molecular biology.
