Abstract

The Structural Repricing TestDiagnosing When a System Has Changed What It Protects First The Structural Repricing Test assesses whether rising failure cost has changed a system’s ranking logic. It does not ask only whether policy has changed, whether control has tightened, or whether public language has hardened. It asks: what does the system now protect first? The tool provides a qualitative diagnostic architecture for identifying ranking shifts across trust, access, constraint, exposure, and authority. It distinguishes visible adjustment from causal repricing; temporary response from durable transformation; initiating axes from derivative axes; partial repricing from consolidated repricing; and contested repricing from Stable Relaxation. This document is Ordering Tools No.10. It forms the third element of the first public repricing triad alongside Tool 08, The Managed Variable Test, and Tool 09, The Decision Drop Test.
