labmc: An open-source Markov chain Monte Carlo inversion software for the analysis of experimental rock deformation data (v1.0.2) [Software and Datasets]

Version of the labmc software and repository used for the simulations presented in Jain and Korenaga (under review, June 2026). The data needed to reproduce the results and figures in Jain and Korenaga (under review) are also available here. This version updates src/Makefile to improve compatibility across platforms. It also updates the tutorial to include an example of how to run the labmc code from the command line. The Zenodo repository has also been revised to add the input files for all 9 synthetic datasets analyzed in our paper. The same datasets are provided in the linked GitHub repository, along with shell scripts to run the labmc code to analyze the data.
