rENM Framework v0.1.0 rENM.data Package
Abstract
rENM.data is the data ingestion and preparation package for the rENM Framework, a modular suite of R packages for reconstructing and analyzing long-term ecological niche dynamics. It handles the acquisition, filtering, and formatting of eBird occurrence records and NASA MERRA-2 reanalysis variables, preparing both for use in the modeling pipeline. This record archives version 0.1.0 of the rENM.data package, released June 2026.
