Abstract

rENM.analysis is the trend analysis package for the rENM Framework, a modular suite of R packages for reconstructing and analyzing long-term ecological niche dynamics. It processes per-bin model outputs to quantify and characterize change over time, including suitability trend mapping, range centroid trajectory analysis, bioclimatic velocity estimation, variable contribution analysis, and state-level summaries. This record archives version 0.1.0 of the rENM.analysis package, released June 2026.
