Abstract

Volume VI-A — Operational Layer of IBCS. Provides implementation guidance, simulation scaffolding, compliance structures, and domain instantiation templates. Paper 6.1 is the operational layer of the Invariant‑Based Coordination Science (IBCS) framework. It provides implementation guidance, simulation scaffolding, compliance structures, and domain instantiation templates that translate the theoretical foundations of Paper 6 into deployable systems. This document defines the operational form of the invariant triad C = {I, T, K}, the reflexive function R, the Serenpoint discovery procedure, the Minimal Reference Simulation (MRS), and the Compliance Test Suite (CTS v1.0). It includes pseudocode, worked examples, failure modes, and implementation notes for autonomous vehicles, drone swarms, energy grids, logistics networks, and multi‑agent AI systems. Paper 6.1 does not modify or extend the theoretical primitives of Paper 6; it serves as the canonical operational companion.
