SQUATS: THE GOLDEN EXERCISE. A Biomechanical Manifesto on Evolutionary Betrayal and Hydraulic Resurrection
Abstract
This monograph presents a biomechanical manifesto deconstructing the illusion of human bodily autonomy in the modern urbanized environment. The author demonstrates that the transition to a sedentary lifestyle and the abandonment of the deep squat have led to an "evolutionary betrayal" — the disconnection of peripheral hydraulic pumps (calf muscles, gluteal engine, diaphragmatic piston). The work formalizes the concept of the Ischemic-Spastic Cycle (ISC) as a convergent node of aging, where venous stasis in the pelvis triggers a cascade of meta-inflammation, fascial glycation, and insulin resistance. The squat is considered not as a physical exercise, but as a fundamental physiological ritual of restoring verticality. The mechanisms of transducing a mechanical signal into a biochemical response are detailed: insulin-independent translocation of GLUT4 transporters, secretion of myokines (irisin, muscular IL-6, BDNF), and the completion of the neurophysiological "fight or flight" cycle. The book sets a new standard for preventive medicine, where movement against gravity is a mandatory condition for maintaining cognitive functions, neuroplasticity, and the topological integrity of the personality.
