A multi-ancestry polygenic risk score for Alzheimer disease is associated with cognitive decline and neuropathological hallmarks in diverse populations

This repository accompanies the study, “A multi-ancestry polygenic risk score for Alzheimer disease is associated with cognitive decline and neuropathological hallmarks in diverse populations.” It provides the PRS variant weights, PRSsum scaling based on ADSP datasets, documentation, and analysis code needed to construct the multi-ancestry Alzheimer disease PRS and reproduce the association analyses reported in the manuscript.
