Abstract

Study 47 of the Hidden Infections research series. This study updates the Study 11 ClinicalTrials.gov audit of helminth serology collection in ICI trials, incorporating trials registered or completed 2023-2026. Conclusion remains unchanged from Study 11: zero of the surveyed ICI trials collected Strongyloides or broader helminth serology at baseline. The absence of this data makes it permanently impossible to determine from completed trial data whether helminth status modified ICI response. New in this update: extended coverage of GBM ICI trials and regional ICI trial enrolment in Southeast Asia (high helminth burden regions). CC0 public domain. AI-assisted draft pre-print.
