Abstract

This Zenodo record provides the public manuscript archive for: A second-order observation layer for transition observability The record contains the manuscript PDF and Supplementary Information PDF for a public-reference study of the Neotro Protocol as a boundary-preserving second-order observation layer. The manuscript formalizes transition observability as the capacity of admissible pre-verdict traces to occupy inspectable second-order relation positions before native systems reach thresholds, issue verdicts or draw operational conclusions. The associated reproducibility dataset is archived separately as: Neotro Protocol Five-Domain Public Reproducibility Package for Transition Observabilityhttps://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.20837537 That dataset record contains the public five-domain reproducibility package supporting the manuscript, including manuscript table and figure-support files, public-number verification scripts, run-all verification output, five domain-specific reproducibility folders, public source inventories, feature summaries, observer-state aggregate tables, manifests and checksum records. The manuscript analyzes five structurally heterogeneous public trace families: battery lifecycle records, telecommunications packet-window records, Aegis 2.0 AI safety-taxonomy records, LIGHT dialogue interaction records and quantum execution records. The evidence target is structural: whether admissible traces can be mapped into bounded relation coordinates and finite review-reference positions while preserving source-system authority. This manuscript record is not a deployment-validation package. It does not claim diagnosis, control, moderation, benchmarking superiority, quantum-performance evaluation, decoder improvement, operational deployment validation or deployment-action authority. Related Neotro public archive The following Zenodo records form the broader public archive context for the Neotro Protocol Project: · Neotro concept / origin-level public recordhttps://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.18368755 · Industry-connection / public bridge recordhttps://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.19158020 · Battery / Telco domain public-reference packagehttps://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.20046819 · AI domain public-reference packagehttps://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.20100495 · Quantum Compute domain public-reference packagehttps://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.20685967 · Five-domain manuscript-supporting reproducibility datasethttps://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.20837537 · LLM state-stabilization public-reference packagehttps://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.20602130 The concept and industry-connection records provide broader project-level context. The manuscript itself relies on the domain-specific evidence packages and the integrated five-domain reproducibility dataset cited in the manuscript.Research inquiries and correspondence:neotroprotocol@gmail.com
