emtrees ver0.9.0: algebraic model counting-based tool for multi-dimensinal analysis of near-optimal decision trees

emtrees: a software for optimizing, counting, and sampling near-optimal decision trees on machine learning data sets, which is a generalization of DP-based optimal decision tree learners, and efficiently constructs with respect to multiple measurement functions such as size, depth, error, and minimum support. It can also handles contingency tables with tp (true positives), tn (true negatives), fp, fn as well as nonlinear, rational statistical scores such as F1-score, and some fairness metrics.
