This repository contains the custom scripts used for data processing, statistical analyses, and figure generation in the study "Unraveling the coastal marine plastisphere archaeome". The code supports analyses of archaeal community composition, functional potential, community assembly, environmental associations, and visualization of the main and supplementary figures.
