Abstract

This is the code for computing the SuPerPoV scores as for publication in the Geophysical Research Letters of the paper "SuPerPoV: Score and evolution of the stratospheric polar vortex via persistent homology". Runs on Python >=3.8 and Numpy >= 1.20.
