Abstract

This treatise provides the formal extension and operational consolidation of the QHV (Quantum Hydrodynamic Vacuum) model, serving as the critical v2.0 update. The theoretical framework unifies macroscopic space-time kinematics with microscopic hadronic dynamics, identifying the kinetic energy of confined gluons as the primary driving source of emergent gravitation. We formally introduce the "Gluonic Engine" governing equation, based on the vacuum expectation value of the non-Abelian gauge field, coupled to the pressure gradient of the cosmic superfluid via the fixed SIDI Confinement Factor ($\alpha = 0.5$). Through an exact differential radial integration of the fundamental emergent gravity equation, the manuscript analytically demonstrates the systematic cancellation of the spatial coordinate $r$ in galactic outskirts. This derives the Baryonic Tully-Fisher Relation ($v_c^4 = G a_0 M_{\text{bar}}$) from first fluid-dynamic principles, eliminating the epistemological necessity for dark matter halos or artificial geometric corrections. The structural robustness of the framework is successfully validated through six independent computational stress tests against global astrophysical and cosmological datasets (Planck 2018 CMB anisotropy spectrum, eBOSS BAO acoustic scale, SPARC rotation curves catalog, Shapiro timing residuals on MSP pulsars, Coma cluster viscous damping, and the Planck thermodynamic energy cut-off).
