Copeland Ontologic Registry 0r-0020: A Revision-Tracked Meta-Ontology for Cross-Domain Legibility Analysis
Abstract
Revision note — 0r-0020 workbook added This record now includes Ontologic_Registry_0r-0020_LIVE_C077UPTF1L3.xlsx as the current revised workbook. Revision 0r-0020 supersedes 0q-0020 and carries forward the complete cumulative registry while adding the current climate-critical infrastructure adaptation routing, source crosswalks, validation controls, prospective-monitoring references, and contribution-boundary links associated with the CCIALP methodological companion. The revision preserves the registry’s non-destructive change history, prior source architecture, and earlier auditable states. No previous registry content is removed; 0r-0020 represents the current live workbook and cumulative revision state. ------ Revision note — 0q-0020 workbook added This record now includes Ontologic_Registry_0q-0020_LIVE_C077UPTF1L3.xlsx as the current revised workbook. Revision 0q-0020 supersedes 0l-0020 and incorporates the cumulative work completed through revisions 0m–0q. Since 0l, the registry has expanded from 315 to 375 sheets, from 3,001 to 3,247 populated graph nodes, from 6,559 to 6,917 graph edges, and from 328 to 470 registered relation labels. The new revisions add ontology-sense and claim-status governance; expanded biological-source and symbiosis architectures; multilevel effect, conditional pathogenicity, and reciprocal-feedback modeling; selective ENVO class-and-relation crosswalks; ecological observation and dataset-interoperability structures; and a bounded human–environment relation architecture. Most significantly, 0q introduces explicit boundary and referent stability controls for events, geographic regions, populations, exposure, dose, outcomes, temporal windows, comparison groups, aggregation levels, causal scope, and terminology. It also adds an environmental-disaster falsifiability architecture separating established events and exposures from disputed outcomes, rival causal explanations, evidence bottlenecks, discriminating tests, and candidate falsifiers. These additions allow the registry to identify when apparently contradictory studies are actually evaluating different propositions, while preserving genuinely unresolved empirical disagreements. Twenty reference-standard environmental-disaster candidates and nineteen contested or outlier cases are included as structured candidates pending complete source packets; none are promoted to canonical causal findings without supporting evidence. ----- Revision 0l-0020 supersedes 0d-0020 and incorporates the cumulative work completed through revisions 0e–0l. Since 0d, the registry has expanded from 229 to 315 sheets, from 740 to 775 canonical source anchors, from 2,821 to 3,001 populated graph nodes, from 6,360 to 6,559 graph edges, and from 230 to 328 registered relation labels. The update completes major canonical migrations that were still queued in 0d. It integrates directed descent, apparent continuity, protected-relation transfer, semantic branching, object–state–process–disposition distinctions, biological lineage and expression, standards governance, brain-atlas reference architecture, mental-stress and disease-classification boundaries, semantic correspondence statuses, cross-domain analogy governance, process-participant roles, chemical property assertions, provenance, TBox/ABox separation, query-coverage boundaries, and science-to-policy translation controls. The revision also completes a whole-graph duplicate and relation-label audit, strengthens disciplinary source fit, records direct prior art where found, narrows novelty claims accordingly, and validates graph IDs, endpoints, and relation registration. No wholesale external-ontology or dataset import was performed, and the release does not claim empirical validation, universal cross-domain mechanism equivalence, autonomous diagnosis, or formal conformance with every external ontology referenced. ------- Revision note — 0d-0020 workbook added This record now includes Ontologic_Registry_0d-0020_LIVE_C077UPTF1L3.xlsx as the current revised workbook. The 0d-0020 revision preserves the 0c-0020 lateral correspondence layer and adds a new upstream / vertical correspondence audit layer. Its purpose is to clarify which cross-morphology correspondences are already supported by canonical registry structures, which remain partial, which are bridge-only demonstration scaffolds, and which are queued for later canonical migration. New 0d materials include an upstream correspondence audit, canonicalization queue, graph bridge audit, repair-route canonical map, and ledger append. This revision is intended to strengthen traceability between the demonstration layer and the upstream ontology, source anchors, morphology registry, graph structures, evidence objects, failure markers, and remedy forms before any reader-facing “whole system” extraction or public synthesis document is prepared. Ontologic_Registry_0d-0020_LIVE_C077UPTF1L3.xlsx ----- 0a-0020 LIVE workbook update This revision provides the 0a-0020 LIVE release snapshot of the Copeland Ontologic Registry, titled Ontologic_Registry_0a-0020_LIVE_C077UPTF1L3.xlsx. It supersedes the prior 0w-0019 public-readiness snapshot as the current active workbook version while preserving earlier 0w, 1B, 0U, and historical sheets as lineage. The main purpose of 0a-0020 is current-route stabilization. This pass repairs workbook entry, active routing, file naming, legacy reference risk, current inventory visibility, and ready-queue consolidation so that readers, reviewers, and LLM-assisted auditors do not mistake older index remnants or historical sheet references for the current authoritative route. The current front-door path is now explicit: 00_START_HERE_0A002000_CLEANUP_SUM_0A002000_ACTIVE_ROUTING_0A002000_HOW_TO_AUDIT_0A002000_INDEX_REPAIRED_0A0020 From there, reviewers are directed into the active canonical and control layer: 0U_LLM_README0U_ROUTER0U_FRAME_INDEX0U_SOURCE_ANCHORS_CANON0U_MORPH_REGISTRY_CANON0U_MORPH_RULES_CANONGRAPH_NODES_CANONGRAPH_EDGES_CANONGRAPH_EDGE_LABELS_CANON0A_READY_QUEUE_0020 The 0a-0020 workbook contains 201 sheets. The cleanup summary records 335,716 nonempty cells before cleanup, 0 formulas, and no formula-error cells detected. The repair approach is non-destructive. Historical references are retained for lineage, but the new 0a-0020 entry sheets and repaired index define the active reader path. The canonical graph substrate remains central to the registry. In this version, GRAPH_NODES_CANON extends to A1:AP2800, GRAPH_EDGES_CANON extends to A1:AA6340, and GRAPH_EDGE_LABELS_CANON extends to A1:G230. The source and provenance layer is also retained through 0U_SOURCE_ANCHORS_CANON, which extends to A1:P739, and through the 1A source-fit audit layer. This release clarifies the working identity of the registry as a living ontology registry and audit workbench for classifying trust, reliance, evidence, authority, correction, burden, AI and institutional mediation, and process drift across domains. It preserves the non-collapse discipline of the earlier registry lineage: source presence is not validation, graph inclusion is not proof, analogy is not equivalence, procedure is not repair, and older sheet names are not automatically current authority. The update also consolidates a visible ready queue for next-stage work, including graph and viewer parity, edge-dossier enrichment, source-role granularity, pending source inspection, non-expert reader testing, pilot rescore tasks, remedy and correction taxonomy strengthening, public visual materials, ontology-sense disambiguation, and scale-control guardrails. The 0a-0020 release should be read as a current-route, audit-readiness, and public-use stabilization update to the registry. It is not a final universal ontology, complete empirical validation, regulatory instrument, clinical instrument, or certification system. It provides the current authoritative workbook snapshot from which downstream diagnostic-suite, graph-viewer, public-visual, proof-packet, and source-fit materials should be derived. Recommended reading path: begin with 00_START_HERE_0A0020, then read 00_CLEANUP_SUM_0A0020, 00_ACTIVE_ROUTING_0A0020, 00_HOW_TO_AUDIT_0A0020, and 00_INDEX_REPAIRED_0A0020. Use the 0U canonical and control sheets and the canonical graph tables as the source of truth for current interpretation. Treat older index and routing sheets as lineage unless confirmed by the 0a-0020 repaired index. This version should be cited as the current 0a-0020 LIVE workbook snapshot of the Copeland Ontologic Registry lineage. Future workbook releases should continue to be deposited as new Zenodo versions to preserve linked revision history. -- 0w-0019 graph/viewer/public-readiness update This revision provides the 0w-0019 release snapshot of the Copeland Ontologic Registry, a revision-tracked meta-ontology developed by Christopher W. Copeland / C077UPTF1L3. This version advances the registry from internal graph substrate readiness toward public-facing reviewability by adding a graph/viewer/public-readiness pass. The substantive change in this release is not a new prose manuscript integration. It is a structural and navigational update to the registry’s canonical graph layer. The 0w revision improves public legibility by addressing duplicate display labels, edge-label classification, dangling-edge decisions, and export-path documentation while preserving the registry’s non-collapse discipline. This update adds a dedicated 0w public export manifest identifying the intended GitHub-facing and viewer-facing artifacts: START_HERE.md, CURRENT_STATUS.md, HOW_TO_READ_THE_REGISTRY.md, ONTOLOGY_PUBLIC_MAP.md, GRAPH_VIEWER_README.md, a standalone neighborhood graph viewer, and a machine-readable graph-data payload. These are treated as downstream public navigation aids derived from the workbook’s canonical graph tables, not as replacements for the workbook i
