Abstract
The Analysis_FRR code directly processes the experimental data in order to test both the equilibrium FRR for a stiffness change, as well as the generalized Markovian-embedding FRR, which is recovered in the presence of colored Noise. It also performs numerical simulations of Langevin equation in order to reproduce the correlation functions obsered experimentally.
