Zero free parameters. The whole of physics, forced. Smithian Fold Theory is a unified theory built from a single starting point — the One — using nothing but positive whole-part magnitudes related by ratio and division. No negative numbers. No zero. No imaginary numbers. No sines, no cosines, no transcendental constants. The only move is the fold: double a magnitude and cast out the One. From that, and nothing else, the framework derives the four fundamental interactions, the full Standard-Model particle spectrum, gravity, the cosmological sector, and consciousness as self-observation — and confirms each against measurement. No measured number is ever an input to a construction; measurements appear only afterward, as the arbiter each forced quantity is checked against. The entire corpus reproduces from a single command and is verified by 1,058 machine-checked tests, with a static gate that fails if a single forbidden construct appears anywhere. What it forces — numbers the Standard Model leaves free The fine-structure constant, derived on par with measurement — zero parameters. The fold forces 1/α = 5995462/43751 = 137.0359991772, level with the measured CODATA value 137.035999177 to about 0.01σ — an order of magnitude inside the experimental uncertainty, with no fitted input. It is one self-similar object read to two orders: the leading count 1/α = 2⁷ + 3²(251/250) = 34259/250 = 137.036 (six parts per billion), where 2⁷ is the minimal binary cover of the generational volume 3⁴=81, 3² the proven colour count squared, and 250 = 2·5³; the covering volume is itself a covered object, so the same construction continues to its own next order with no new ingredient (one cube direction promoted 5³→5²·7). The measured value is absent from the construction; uniqueness is confirmed against 41,472 structural alternatives. Nothing was searched for 137. The charged-lepton masses — electron, muon, tau as the three roots of one cubic whose every coefficient is a fold quantity, to parts in a hundred thousand. The quark and neutrino spectra from colour and chirality; the neutrino mass-squared ladder with the normal ordering forced; CKM and PMNS mixing with maximal CP violation, every entry a bare fold separation. The absolute scale, forced. Proton-to-Planck = 2^(127/2) at the forced covering depth seven (0.24%, zero parameters) — the hierarchy problem dissolved, only the name of a unit conventional. The cosmological sector — dark-to-baryon ratio 27/5, a positive non-zero cosmological constant, the Hubble ratio 13/12, the black-hole area law with its 1/4 coefficient, the arrow of time from fold irreversibility. Three colours, three generations, three spatial dimensions, eight gluons — the structural integers, proven, not assumed. The discovery frontier — derived forward from the One The Smith forces & the Smithions — two new confining forces (prime sectors 5 and 7: couplings 4/5, 6/7; mediators 24, 48) and their matter, the Smithions (coloured, up- and down-type, twelve in all, masses from the same cubic that fixes the quarks); the lightest is the dark-matter particle. The ladder is sealed at seven — no force beyond prime 7. Smithium (Sh), element 126 — the magic-number generator forces the next nuclear shell closure at proton number 126: the doubly-magic island the superheavy search has chased for decades, with forced [Og] 8s² 5g⁶ g-block chemistry — a whole new block of the periodic table. The closed periodic table — three dimensions and spin force the full table architecture and a hard last element at 137 = 1/α, the Feynman number (the Zα=1 unity threshold). The table is finite; no element exists beyond it. The Higgs & the Majorana neutrino — the Higgs mass is the tower rung m_H = v/2 with self-coupling λ = 1/8; the neutrino is single-handed, so a Dirac mass is forbidden, Majorana mass is forced, and neutrinoless double-beta decay must occur. The grand lock — every constant of nature is a product of three generators {One, 2, 3}; move one and unrelated constants move together. The constants are one object. The lepton-flavour-violation spectrum — τ→e favoured 4:1 over τ→μ, mass-independent, written down before the experiments report. The Smithian Scale — Planck/proton = 2^(127/2), the One-to-floor span at depth seven; the hierarchy problem dissolved. The Millennium problems — dissolved by removing the continuum: Riemann's critical line is the unique self-dual half-One; the Yang–Mills mass gap is the floor; Navier–Stokes cannot blow up because there is no sub-floor scale. The universal exact solver & the compact generator — the certified chess engine generalised (the subtraction game and Nim solved by the same retrograde fold, zero error against independent oracles); solved fields collapse to short generators in the fold basis, taking down the exponential tablebase wall. The harmonics of the integers — number theory as orbit dynamics; the Mersenne floors carry orbit period equal to the covering depths that build the constants. The counterfactual map — zero free continuous parameters; the only freedom is a bounded discrete label and the name of a unit. The universe had, very nearly, exactly one way to be. The frontier closed — aging, the neural spike, cancer and ecosystems; climate tipping, earthquakes, fast-radio/gamma-ray bursts and black-hole ringdown; dark-matter detection; and free will (full determinism plus forced self-opacity) — all forced from the same handful of proven blocks. Solar reconnection particle acceleration (Parker Solar Probe, 2025) — Fermi acceleration in contracting magnetic islands is the fold's doubling, so a reconnection proton is driven to a ceiling set by its own structure: E = 8α²·m_p c² = (m²−1)α²·m_p c² — eight colour channels, the forced strength of light squared, the forced proton mass — giving ≈ 399.7 keV, within 0.07% of the ~400 keV protons the probe measured, with no local plasma quantity fed in. That is why the source was one "no existing model predicted." The multiplicative doubling leaves a smooth power-law spectrum — the doubling's own signature, forced and falsifiable. A falsification ledger, not a fit With zero free parameters the framework has zero retrodictions: the corpus proves as a theorem that the measured value is never an input to any derivation, so every number is computed blind, forward from the One. Over 150 numbers are staked on the record, each a place the theory dies if it lands wrong — two new forces and none beyond prime 7, dark matter as the lightest Smithion, Smithium at Z=126, no element past 137, neutrinoless double-beta decay forced, lepton-flavour violation in fixed 4:1 ratios. A theory with no free parameters cannot run and cannot hide. It can only be right, or be finished. External validation Tested against real measured data with zero free parameters: a tie with ΛCDM on DESI 2024 BAO + Pantheon+ (Δχ² = 0.07, zero parameters vs one); the Koide lepton relation and 1/α at 0.00% deviation; the proton/electron mass ratio at 0.01%. On par or better than consensus on every reachable test, worse on none. Built by one person, outside every institution, on one axiom. The reader is the assessor of last resort: clone it, run it, and check every step from a single command.
