Activity Cloud RBS Prediction Tool

Activity Clouds Web App is a FastAPI-based web application for asynchronous Activity Cloud / RBS / ETR computations. It provides a browser interface and REST API for creating, monitoring, cancelling, and retrieving computational jobs, with Redis-backed storage and RQ-based background processing. The application supports RBS-to-ETR prediction and ETR-to-RBS candidate sequence search, including DNA validation, IUPAC ambiguity handling, Docker Compose deployment, and automated tests. The trained machine-learning model required for full model-dependent execution is not included in this repository and must be supplied separately when available.
