Publicly available data in this repository come from the following sources: Health Survey England 2021 and 2022; Office of National Statistics (ONS) 2021 census data for England and Wales; ONS mid-2023 population estimates for the UK; National Records of Scotland 2022 census data; prevalence of 15 major diseases in Finngen; All of Us data snapshots (https://www.researchallofus.org/data-tools/data-snapshots/); Global Burden of Disease 2021; and National Disease Registration Service cancer prevalence for 2022.
