Abstract

Paper D1 is an operational response to a no-inference guardrail in reduced-history toy models: structured rarity in a reduced or coarse representation does not by itself justify a physical selector claim. D1 treats access maps, readout projections, clocks, basins, decoders, and error tolerances as declared protocol data and reports only sampled-time lower bounds on recoverable records within those protocols. The associated computational artifact, D1 v0.5c, implements a finite classical occupation-Markov benchmark comparing spinless fermions, hard-core bosons, and soft-core boson controls at the level of classical occupation configurations. The first small diagnostic scans show that recoverable-record lower bounds vary across declared access, clock-normalization, record-window, and error-tolerance protocols. These observations support the benchmark infrastructure. They do not establish a physical selector, a Born-rule derivation, a matter-species ranking, emergent spacetime, gravity, or an experimental prediction. This is a Zenodo working-paper version for the D-line of the Complete-History / Record-Capability programme. It is not a physical result paper, not a selector theory, and not an experimental prediction. The associated computational artifact remains D1 v0.5c; this record introduces no new computational scan beyond that artifact.
