This repository contains the open-source implementation and supporting material for the research article "Robustness of data assimilation algorithms for reconstructing and forecasting the flow over a surface-mounted prism from sparse data", Data-Centric Engineering (2026). The material includes MATLAB code based on the incremental POD algorithm and the time-delayed Hankel matrix for reproducing the results of the study, which integrates one n4sid estimator and two robust Kalman estimators to reconstruct fluctuating flow fields in CFD. Use cases cover sparse measurement assimilation and generalization across Reynolds numbers. The dataset structure, training routines, and evaluation benchmarks are also provided to support replication and further development.
