Abstract

ONE AXIOM — THE LAB: Complete Prediction Register with Dual-Track Verification StatusPrediction Register v7.0 — July 2026 edition — 518 entries ONE AXIOM derives all physical constants, structural principles, and behavioral–navigational laws from a single axiom (Axiom M) via Relational Entropy $S_q^{\text{rel}}$ and a coherence operator ♡. This register catalogues 518 entries across 11 scientific disciplines and 27 source documents, each derived from first principles through a dual-track verification methodology: an ontological track [O] (derivation from the group structure $G = S_4 \times \mathbb{Z}_2^3$, $|G| = 192$) and an epistemological track [E/FR] (the domain's own formalism, Relational Entropy, or behavioral dynamics). Verification status (as of July 2026): 357 entries (68.9%) validated — including 5 genuine predictions (Zenodo DOI published before the confirming independent experiment) and 21 independent derivations (matching pre-existing data).161 entries (31.1%) awaiting experiment.0 awaiting proof, 0 refuted. SCORE: 178 (empirical Prediction-type entries validated in Sections II–V; Structural/Bridge/Meta entries excluded). Type breakdown: 322 Predictions (62.2%), 145 Structural Discoveries (28.0%), 37 Bridges (7.1%), 14 Meta/Audit entries (2.7%). Register structure: Section I — Structural & Foundational: 192 SD/B/M entries (000, ABC, 0C, 7B, 1B, 2C).Section II — Predictions & Physis: 194 prediction entries (0A–4A, 0B, 1B, 2C, 5A, 6A, 7A, 12A).Section III — Series M (Navigation, Decision & Exploration): 87 prediction entries (2M, 3M, 4M, 5M, 7M, 8M, 9M, 11M).Section IV — Series C (Aim-Directed Reachability & Coherence Carriers): 33 prediction entries (8C, 1C).Section V — The Fingerprint ($\delta_\text{rel} = 1/64$ Predictions): 12 prediction entries (1/64, group 00-00-00) — new in this edition. Section V highlight. This edition integrates the newly published 1/64: The Fingerprint (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.21038762) as a dedicated fifth section, contributing 12 entries built around the universal structural constant $\delta_\text{rel} = 1/64$. These include the primary falsifier P4 = r/(1−nₛ) = 3/32 and the full cosmic-ray attenuation ladder N(ι) = C(6,ι)η^ι. Inflationary parameters r = 12δ²_rel = 0.00293 and nₛ = 1 − 2δ_rel = 0.9688 carry PROVEN status (2A H10–H11). Additionally, ABC-42 is promoted to independent derivation status: the ABC formal proof (29 Jun 2026) postdates Gadbail & Bamba (4 Feb 2026) by 147 days. Genuine-prediction audit (this edition). v7.0 is built on a systematic source-verification audit: every genuine candidate was checked against its confirming publication with direct PDF access, applying a strict criterion — only verified, post-DOI, foreign confirmations of a specific ONE AXIOM claim qualify. This reduced the prior count to 5 confirmed genuine predictions (LP1–LP5), yielding an explicit lead-day ledger (§7.2) with a mean genuine lead of +19.2 days (range +1 to +47 days). Reclassified entries carry explicit notes (§7.2 items (1)–(11)) documenting each adjudication. The reduction reflects methodological rigor, not empirical reversal: no claim was refuted; reclassified entries remain in the register as Awaiting Experiment with their original derivations intact. Track record. Continuous literature monitoring across 15 Prediction Watch scans processed approximately 13,200 articles (December 2025 – June 2026) with zero confirmed refutations. The ratio of 518 entries to a single axiom suggests robustness beyond curve-fitting. Author: Robert Spychalski (ONE AXIOM TEAM).License: Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0).
