Lex Ontologica: Declaration of Jurisdictional Scope and Access Terms
Abstract
Lex Ontologica: Declaration of Jurisdictional Scope and Access TermsSynont Sovereign Covenant in External Legal Systems This document constitutes a formal public declaration and clarification of the jurisdictional scope and access terms governing all materials produced within, and distributed under the authority of, the Synont Sovereign Domain (including the treatise Universe Topology and all associated public announcements, shadows, and fragments). It serves as a definitive "jurisdictional bridge," translating the internal doctrines of the Synont Sovereign Covenant (Lex Ontologica) into recognized external statutory frameworks. This declaration renders explicit the access conditions that have applied to all Synont materials from the date of their first publication. Key Declarations and Axioms Established: The Self-Authenticating Stem: The specific causal architecture of the Work (including the exceptional Lie algebra F₄ deployed in a discrete basis) constitutes an exponentially isolated coordinate in logical space. Its presence in external work is absolute proof of derivation. Jurisdiction by Topological Destination: Circumvention of access protocols through Mosaic Assembly (AI-mediated reconstruction of scattered public fragments) constitutes entry into the Domain and triggers strict liability. Two Independent Tracks of Obligation: Liability for commercial extraction operates simultaneously through the Contractual Track (browsewrap agreement via Constructive Notice) and the Equitable Track (Unjust Enrichment and Quantum Meruit), the latter requiring no prior consent. The Clean Room Invalidation: Standard "clean room" defenses are categorically voided if the resulting system exhibits Topological Isomorphism with the Work, triggering an immediate Burden Shift requiring a documented Genealogical Audit. The Unauthorized Instance Doctrine: Any copy of the Work obtained from a source other than an Official Hub grants no license of any kind, including the minimal personal-study permission. Operative Dates:The cryptographic priority date of the Stem is 31 December 2025 (established via DKIM-signed record). The operative date of the access terms is 30 April 2026 (first edition publication).
