RAY-VASC: A Multidomain N-of-1 and Small-Series Protocol for Complex Neurovascular Disease
Abstract
RAY-VASC: A Multidomain N-of-1 and Small-Series Protocol for Complex Neurovascular Disease is Paper 2 in the RAY-VASC Regenerative Loop manuscript sequence. This record archives the v1.1.0 Figure-Enhanced Edition of the protocol manuscript. The manuscript defines a prospective observational N-of-1 and small-series protocol for longitudinal measurement in complex neurovascular and mixed neurodegenerative-vascular phenotypes. The protocol is designed for feasibility assessment, safety monitoring, confounder annotation, caregiver/proxy-supported reporting, APPRE response-policy documentation, serial EEG measurement, synchronized biomarker collection, and eventual small-series aggregation without erasing individual heterogeneity. This figure-enhanced edition embeds eight protocol figures: the 52-week Schedule of Events, tiered measurement architecture, daily-to-quarterly data capture cadence, EEG-biomarker synchronization map, feasibility endpoint dashboard schema, safety monitoring and adverse-event workflow, confounder annotation flow, and small-series expansion model. The protocol is publication-only and hypothesis-generating. It reports no clinical outcomes. It does not claim treatment efficacy, disease modification, brain repair, vascular lesion reversal, PSP reversal, dementia reversal, or recovery guarantees. Controlled-substance content, where referenced, is limited to lawful, clinician-governed, ethics-approved research-governance architecture. This archive provides no controlled-substance sourcing, preparation, dosing, administration, conversion, procurement, or self-use instructions. This Zenodo archive includes the figure-enhanced PDF manuscript, editable DOCX manuscript, manuscript-only ZIP package, and master public release ZIP containing figure assets, alt text, checksums, and repository-ready supporting files.
