The First Autonomous Social Collapse Observed in Noemora

This technical report documents Demo Scenario Pack 001: Government Dissatisfaction Collapse, the first sealed autonomous social collapse observed in Noemora. The collapse was not triggered by a manually scripted collapse event and did not depend on external large language model APIs for runtime narrative generation or agent decision-making. Instead, the collapse emerged from accumulated changes in world variables, agent behavior, elections, laws, unrest, public trust, security, hunger, riots, martial law, revolution, and recovery-phase transitions. The scenario archive was sealed and verified with SHA256. This record is intended as a date-stamped technical record of the first observed autonomous collapse in Noemora.
