Abstract

MERFISH datasets (using Vizgen platform) of hiPS-derived cortical organoids (hCO) transplanted into apallial (AP) mice (xenocortical; XCX) from publication "Developmental xenocortication using human-derived organoids in mice". Each dataset is a different animal containing a transplanted human cortical organoid (XCX). Each dataset contains 4 files: cell_by_gene.csv files are counts matrices, indicating the raw counts of genes detected within each segmented cell cell_metadata.csv files contain metadata about each corresponding segmented cell, including spatial coordinates, segmented cell area, and predicted annotated cell type based on label transfer from snRNA-seq detected_transcripts.csv files contain spatial coordinates for each transcript cell_boundaries.parquet files contain spatial coordinates for each segmented cell boundary See the sample_info.csv for descriptions of each dataset.
