Abstract

Complete archive of the code described in the associated Nature manuscript TM184C is a GPCR-like regulator of intercellular exchange and autophagy. What changed since v1.0.2: pHinder's code is back. v1.0.2 omitted it, because pHinder had moved to its own repository. This archive again contains all five tools, so a single DOI covers everything the manuscript describes. Those restored files are relicensed MPL-2.0 → MIT, matching the rest of the tree, the repository LICENSE, and the Zenodo record. Contents superdarks, pHinder, bpp_identifier, vesicle_colocalization_quantifier and vesicle_triangulator — the versions used in the study, MIT licensed throughout. Ongoing development Four of the five now have standalone repositories, where future versions are released: https://github.com/isomlab/pHinder https://github.com/isomlab/bpp_identifier https://github.com/isomlab/vesicle_colocalization_quantifier https://github.com/isomlab/vesicle_triangulator The copies here are the manuscript versions, kept so this archive stays self-contained.
