Parenthood as Human Infrastructure / A szülőség mint humáninfrastruktúra
Abstract
This working note proposes a secular conceptual framework for recognizing parenthood as foundational human infrastructure. The central claim is that modern societies did not fail by liberating individuals from traditional family roles, but by failing to build a recognized, paid, trained and quality-assured institutional equivalent for parental work. The note treats parenting as primary social labor: the installation of language, emotional regulation, bodily discipline, moral orientation, social trust and basic cognitive structures in the next generation. The text is a conceptual working note, not a party-political, religious, therapeutic or legal-policy program.
