Abstract

v10 (2026-08-24): verifier strengthened following an internal adversarial audit; no computed datum modified — see the VERSION file for details. Reproducibility archive (v10) for the paper "A deterministic sin²-type algorithm for complex cubic irrationalities with exact periodicity certificates" (https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.21222497). Contents: the deterministic engine and unit tests; per-experiment scripts, seeds and raw CSV tables; a pinned environment (environment.yml, environment.lock.yml, Dockerfile; Python 3.11, PARI/GP 2.17.x via cypari2, mpmath >= 1.4); a portable verifier (verify_all.py, stdlib only, ~10 min) which hash-checks every shipped table and the global manifest, recounts the main headline numbers of the paper, re-certifies 2,277 exact unit norms and all 654 shipped equations lambda = zeta * epsilon^k in exact cubic-field arithmetic, recomputes the complete 2,285-state plastic score map and a declared deterministic nine-state score sample of the other finite instances, prints the tree fingerprint to compare against the reference recorded in the README (the README also records the archive SHA-256 printed in the paper, which pins v9), and lists explicitly what it does not re-certify; and a staged entry point (make_all.py) whose --mass target regenerates the Section 3 tables byte-identically from the 205 input polynomials. A self-contained Lean 4 formalization layer lives under lean/ (kernel-only sealed theorems, pinned toolchain; log-check by default, full build via --lean-build). See README.md and the VERSION file inside the archive for the complete changelog. Archive SHA256 (v10): e15bcd5e64737c4b94a667f044f443e01dcefc32778f9e502788ce31f066345e Previous changelogs (v9, v8, v6) are recorded in the VERSION file; earlier versions of this record remain accessible on Zenodo.
